lean cruise

Well folks, I found the lean cruise stuff in an '89 Caprice cop bin.
This
is with a TBI on a 350. Just for informational purposes, here are some
tables that are used:


LD022: FCB 240 ; vac, hiway SA & Fuel threshold
LD023: FCB  52 ; mph, hiway SA threshold
LD024: FDB 4800 ; timer hiway SA, sec * 80 = 60 sec
