Spreadsheet for chip tuning of SD

I am working on a spreadsheet that will allow you to input RPM, MAP and BLM
from a Diacom capture and then average it all and output the average BLM for
a certain MAP value and RPM.  Then if your VE table has been put on the
spreadsheet it will multiply/divide everything to give you your new VE
table.  I'm almost done but I have to make sure of something first.

Say you are at 4200 RPM and 85 kpa.  You are in the middle of the table for
4000 and 4400 RPM and in the middle of the table for 80 and 90 kpa.  Now
what values does the computer use?  The higher or lower or average for the
two?
