Closed Loop Disable in $6E

Interestingly enough, location 0x445 in ABTZ is also $6B.   They must
disable closed loop in another way.  Have to do some more comparing.

Look for ABTZ4822 on /incoming.  This calibration is leaded fuel compatible,
which usually means closed loop is disabled.  As you asked, tpi and 165 ecm.
