730 speed sensor

Thanks Bruce and Bob , I got the VSS to at least work now , I was unable to
get a magnetic VSS after all so I used a hall effect and changed the bit
@C0018 to suit .
It is now working although the VSS constant is out due to the VSS having 8
pulses per revolution and I have a very low TCC lockup.
looking at the $8D hac it seems that the correct bit to change would be
@C0015 ? - what I am now looking for is the correct equation to put into my
$8D TDF but having no idea what the original number is I am a bit lost

My best guess is that the original constant is 4006 (921600 / 230) , will I
be able to scale it up enough to get the tcc somewhere close or should I
lift all the TCC mph setting up ?

My only other option is to use a 2 pulse reed switch - will the 730 accept a
12v on /off signal direct to C6 rather than a hall effect.

Daniel
