The first year of Q4's only - that's 1988.

Actually, it looks like a few '87's also escaped with Q4's.  It appears
that someone in GM's new products introduction department was playing
games in 1987 & 1988.  Witness the Pontiac (?) Tempest sold in Canada -
a non-Chevy version of the Corsica/Beretta.  Plus, fleet (rental car)
only sales of the initial Corsica/Beretta production.  And finally, a
mid year major ECM change in these vehicles.
