 Don't believe it's new. The ecm [pcm] was replaced with a new GM unit in 
'96. Vehicle is a '94 Eldorado, 4.6 NS, 3.11 gears, 270 HP. Not the Eldorado 
Touring Coupe. Recently replaced the 4T80E with one with 3.71 gears from an 
Seville STS.  Also had to change the eprom to correct the gear ratio change 
and the line pressures in the trans. Harry
