dyno stuff

Dyno Outputs need to be C factored [ corrected to Standard Temp,
Pressure ]
@ time of test to avoid pie in the sky Torque and Power #s. The Dyno SW
should be doing this as default. Tire slip can also generate false
data. Got
to watch the variables like a hawk when Dyno Testing. Interestingly ,
1 vehicle
can be tested on 2 Dynos and come away with 2 differing results ,
beyond the
    error % desired.
