two ECMs or WHAT

I do not have an adaptor to mount the whole memkal on the pocket programmer, 
can I mount the ALCK6014 chip only and dump the bin from it or the other 
chip(#16082239) has to be with it.one more thing,should I be concerned with 
the "BCM" chip for tuning.
