Chips Needed

Anyone know where I can get chips that are no longer manufactured? I've been
searching the web for a couple hours, but am getting frustrated looking.

I need either Intel AN28F512's or the ST Microelectronics equivalents.
Catalyst Semiconductor "equivalent" chips do NOT work in the "T" side of an
LT1 PCM.

I need probably 50-100 of them, if I'm going to continue to repair and
provide spares to LT1 PCMs.
