[Gmecm] BLM cell confusion

Wow! and suddenly there were 7 messages in my inbox! 
I'm using freescan and an ALDL interface.  I would
ASSUME that the injector BPW at idle would have to be
greater than 0.7mS, since injectors all require some
minimum open time - and presumably - the PCM knows
this.  The map is reported to be about 0.29 to 0.31
when in cell 2, at 1500-1750rpm.  BPW is reported to
be "1"...
