[Gmecm] TBI Swap - Iron Duke Tech IV

I have a rebuilt block / new crankshaft etc... so first thing I'm gonna 
do is see if the DIS bolts up properly... if it does... yay... if not... 
I'll go find a distributor and wire it in!  Thx for letting me know that 
its possible and I won't need to return everything lol
