[Gmecm] What really is a 'mask'?

Jared,
Tire size and gear ratio are handled by a device
called a DRAC.  It is a little board wrapped in foam
adjacent to the ECM.  It divides tailshaft RPM by a
jumper selected code to generate speedometer drive and
VSS to the computer.
