Hi David
motor is a 1500cc it use to have a single Zenith stromburg side draft, then a Weber 32/36 dgv , currently dual SU's, now TBI
copied off a website >>> " The brochure boasted that the 1,493 cc engine is strict on fuel, but generous on power. Developing 71 bhp at 5,500 rpm, 'the sharp, confident accelerator can take you up to the 100 mph mark,' while the optional overdrive is reported to allow 50 mpg."
I believe I will have to re calibrate. I'm going to have the EBL P4 flash board put on the ECM 1227730 . ( I use their EBL flash on my pickup) No pulling chips, just hook up laptop and re flash it with new program
Thanks
Patrick

Very glad to see a new project going on!
Looks good with the modified manifold and adapter already together.
I'm curious what the displacement and HP of the Spitfire engine is? Do you think it will need a re-tune or the 2.5 calibration will be good enough?
Thanks!
David

Hi All
Ready to start a new TBI project.
My 1968 C10 is running great since I changed it to TBI.
I've decides to change my 74 Triumph Spitfire to TBI.
The Motor http://www.baizefamily.com/SpitPg01.htm
TBI and manifold http://www.baizefamily.com/SpitPg02.htm
Fuse Block http://www.baizefamily.com/SpitPg03.htm
A question, what is a good external fuel pump, that is quiet?
Thanks
Patrick
