They show two interesting parts no.s but no pics in the catalog
  74769  Idle speed motor housing with gasket  $60
  74770  Idle speed contro motor adapter plate $32.65
Might look at the GN/T-Type want ads for a junk TB to
rob housing off of.
Just use a experimenter's stepper motor kit to contol it.
