There is a 27c510 made by Texas Instruments,, but the rest of the
numbers you gave don't seem to exist,,,although there is a 27c512,and
87c512 and a 27c1024 intel type eproms,,those pinouts are available
through JDR Microdevice (1-800-538-5003 x363)....you might try Digikey
at 1-800-344-4539  or   Mouser Electronics at 1-800-346-6873....Hope
