Intake Air Temperature

	Anybody have any suggestions on how I can accurately and instantaneously
measure intake air temperature?  I have had home thermometers suggested,
but have to question their accuracy and ability to respond quickly.  Bear
in mind I am NOT yet running EFI, and may not be for some time...so any
suggestions y'all can provide will help most if they work as stand-alone
systems.
