Static electricity and Teflon fuel lines

Probably for gaseous applications, that aren't even automotive, and just one
more bzz word to ad in sales.

I haven't heard of that in probably 15 years now.  I'd almost bet that it
was surplus hose used in some weird application, that when exposed to
petroleum products, the stuff then failed.  Used to be all the SS stuff in
LA came out of one place in I think is was Rosemead.  They had Nike Hercules
launchers as surplus, that were still intact.  Lots of jet engines, can't
help but to wonder if that was where arfons, breedlove and em got their
stuff.
