EPROM Eraser not erasing New EPROM

Thanks Ludis, I believe you won the award! I tried to pull that sticker off 
to see if that was the place, but was having a hard time with it so I 
figured it was the other end. Thanks for seeing my stupid mistake. I will 
try again to pop the blue top off of the memcal to get to that sticker.
