Turbo boost versus compression ratio ?

I didn't think it was possible before I actually did it, 
but I'm running 16 PSI with a 1999 Mazda 1.8 DOHC BP8 
engine with a 9.5:1 compression ratio, on 93 octane pump 
gas.  The key for this setup is the huge additional 
injector and timing retard computer.

I might be able to take it higher, but I'm a little too 
paranoid for that.  ;-)
