PC card layout program, OFF TOPIC

Some time ago someone posted the name of a company that has software for
laying out PC cards.  It was something eagle, or eagle something.  I think
that the gent was from Europe that posted it.  in any case, I have a small
project that I would like to work on & since the confuser crash wiped  out
everything, I am piecing back together.
