[Diy_efi] WB testing problems MORE!!!

tonights playtime over. I've subbed caps and problem remains. Reckon it must
the opto I'm using having a small leakage current. Only 20uA is needed to
get the deviation I'm seeing. My solution is a 20k resistor, which is
working so far, but I haven't completed testing yet. Hopefully tommorrow
