[Diy_efi] DIY_WB Availabilty of PCBs

There are PCBs available. From time-to-time the stock
runs out, never for too long though. 

The current PCBs now have a solder mask which also makes
the silkscreen easier to read. The two traces under the
big cap's (getting technical here) have also been moved.
