Thanks Ken,

I think he (G) would be hard pressed to sue on the basis
an idea was infringed, its the implementations which are
the key issue ! Of course that doesn't stop lawyers using
propoganda to 'say' they can challenge a patent by
virtue of the idea <sigh>
