[Diy_efi] Fixed frequency PWM batch mode FI

I suppose you could use 2 fixed frequencies to get enough dynamic range.   A
faster frequency for driving and a slower one, say 1/8 or 1/10 the
frequency, for idle.

But, I would still prefer injecting on ignition events or crank sensor since
the fueling calculations are much easier.
