[Diy_efi] idle rpm adder with A/C active

I have a '94 vette I just put a 383 into a few months ago.  I am having 
problems with the A/C bogging down my engine when it's in gear and idling.  
Is there a way with tuner cat to raise my idle when the A/C is activated?  
With my cam and everything, the 600 or lower rpm's i'm getting are causing 
hesitation and other problems.
