[Diy_efi] Bad quality NTK sensor info

Hi

I thought I would learn a little bit about the basics of how the WB O2 
sensor controller works and started with the NTK sensor info in PDF form.

I soon discovered that the image quality was bit too bad for my English 
skills. Is there any place where I can get it readable, or equivalent info.
