[Diy_efi] injector placement

Thanks Ron, Thats what I've thought would be the case for a long time, but 
everybody seems to be realy hung up on placing them as close to the valves 
as possible. The problems of allowing the runner walls to get wet IMHO are 
totaly exagerated.
