[Diy_efi] Poor earth toasting ECU?

An intermittent Earth, or ground, would reverse bias many inputs. That =
isn't nice, but probably anticipated by the designers. If it still =
works, its probably OK.=20

Don't know if it still wokrs. Engine used to cut out completely, now =
after replacing earth has an intermittnet nad random miss that nothing =
else seems to cure. Plug leads are the string dunked in carbon type, but =
they're new and the origionals didn't give any problems - its a nat =
aspirated engine in factory tune (only 70hp/litre) so doesn't need much. =
Turbo (90 or 100hp/litre) versions of the engine are more fussy. Leads =
run in carriers and don't cross each other at all, though 1+2 and 3+4 =
(straight four) do run parallel with each other, but then that was a =
factory setup. Run in a plastic carrier bolted ot the head.
