[Diy_efi] PC Board for WB02 36 LED bar graph display

I just got my digikey stuff and I'm starting to build it and I just
noticed on your parts list the. The 1k 1/4w 1% and 4.7k 1/4W 5%  didn't
have a part numbers, and I missed that assuming it was with the other
part numbers below it. Did you do that on purpose meaning I could use
3.6k or 18ohm to substitute for it? Hopefully rat shack has some of
those.

The WB owners have supported the LED bar graph display
by buying bare boards.  Enough boards have been sold to
pay all the initial costs.  In addition, that volume has allowed
follow on boards to be manufactured in a lower cost
process, WITHOUT paying the usual tooling costs.  Therefore
the bare PC board price is now reduced to $12 with
documentation, postpaid to USA address.
