[Diy_efi] : returnless fuel rails

DThe first application of returnless GM efi which I saw was the port fuel
injected big block engines.  I believe many manufacturers are using
returnless systems now that OBD II evaporative emissions standards are
in effect.  Returnless systems do not transfer heat to the fuel tank.
