[Diy_efi] DIY-WB problems

Go to the www.diy-wb.com site and check the UEGO check
out procedure. It is a little long and should help out.
One thing to watch is that capacitors C7 & C10 leads are
not touching the trace(s) on the top of the board.
Free air w/sensor should be ~ 4 volts.
