I don't know if there's an easy way to answer that.  There are a lot of
"things" in the exhaust stream, some of which the O2 sensor is sensitive
to in varying amounts.  The mix that is typically present for gasoline
gives the curve for the Honda sensor.  Anything that comes in the top of
the engine that changes the relative mix in the exhaust will have some
effect on the sensor's output.

Maybe it's possible to find (in the literature) or measure the sensor's
relative sensitivity to these various components.  Then if you can
estimate what's present in your exhaust you might be able to combine the
individual curves into a composite for your fuel.
