[Diy_efi] Basic exhaust KE question

Some of the early Toyota Le Mans efforts with the 4TG
turbo 2 litre had the engine on the passenger side
and the turbo behind the driver.

The 4 into 1 was as straight as could be and easily 4 foot
long.

Of course the track was not exactly a transient torture test
with a 4.5 km straight down the back it was a power and
aero efficiency test.
