[Diy_efi] Dodge stuff...sorry...no GM content

Been playing with 1996+ Dodge truck stuff as late...woah. Very tricky to
break into the PCM. This thing must have originally been made on a flat
aluminum plate, and folded around a centre housing. The circuit board is
made of plastic--very thin--so if anyone decides they want to play, be
careful...two onboard flash TMS 28F010 chips and a custom Motorola
processor...with Mopar part number.
