[Diy_efi] Water metanol turbo assist

Greg, don't care to'steam clean' an intenal combustion engine with
'engineering' levels of water.  Without testing focusing on something
long term, (longer than 90 hrs.) show me or 'put your money where
your mouth is', is my present stance!!!  I believe in WI....when
tempered with common sense!!
