[Diy_efi] 12V vs 42V

I believe the filaments for bulbs get too fragile for a car, 
when made very long and skinny for higher voltages.  Just 
bump a 120 volt bulb when powered and its open circuit.  

Certainly the safety issue puts a lid on voltage, just as it 
has in the phone business for over a century.
