I think it should be noted that pre-turbo injection
can be a little risky.  Sure, the compressor blades
will atomize the water extremely well, but I'm sure
you can imagine the erosion that water will cause when
it his a blade spinning 100,000 rpms.
My nearly complete WI system is injecting before the
TB after the IC.
