I agree.
I am planning to inject a '80 Kwaka Z1300 (6 cylinder, carburretted) soon.
I also have a '84 Z1300 with DFI and separate injectors on each cylinder - 
runs fine, even though the controller is rather old. So it CAN (has!) been 
done
