You're in serious trouble if you keep the standard
intake ports.  Changing to a 4-port head would be a
huge step forward.  Without it, you're unlikely to get
very good results in terms of fuel distribution
(didn't we just have this conversation about a month
ago?)...

All modern sportbikes use the pencil coils.  ZX-9R,
ZX-6R, CBR954RR, CBR600F4i, R1, R6, and so on...  you
should be able to find sets from a breakers for next
to nothing, with the rate at which people crash the
things.  ;)
