[Diy_efi] need odb1 pcm changed

Hi all,
Ive a friend with a late model (94) chevy truck, he's cammed it an runs stock pcm. Now with the manual trans he hits the rev limiter. The cam peak HP is higher than the factory rev limiter, Who to call and how much will it cost to get rev limits raised????
