[Diy_efi] swap part questions

Does a 2.5" cap fit with a little electical tape wound on the box? An 1.5"
cap may fit inside too. I think that 2" ABS may be a bit bigger than 2" PVC
(neither of which are 2"...) but I don't have any on hand to measure.
