Turbo Project update. The good, bad and ugly.

Definitely fuel pump problem. Pump not able to hold but 30 psi at
best(pinched return line). Pump also runs inconsistently. No fuel runs
through the return at idle(!). You may be right about the noise in dragon
mode. I'm hoping there wasn't enough fuel to knock bad enough to hurt
anything. I hope that makes sense.
