Blown 350 with 1227730 ECM

Ok from what I've seen I can use the syty code in the '730 if I load it in
the upper 16k of a 32k 27C256.  Is that right?  If so how do I get it into
the upper part of the EPROM.  I'm using a pocket programmer if that helps
