Blown 350 with 1227730 ECM

The easiest way to do this is to burn the bin into both the upper & lower
portion. In dos you can create a bin that has two images in it:

copy /b file.bin + file.bin newfile.bin

This will just copy the file twice to another file. Now you have a 32K file
with that can be programmed right into a 256k eprom.
