NO!!!!!  Stop right there!  Don't hook that up!

That's the EPROM pinout.  There is no "reset" signal on the EPROM.  Go
here for an ECM schematic:

The 16021633 chip is the CPU.  You'll find the reset signal there, and
on a few other components.  Your U** and Q** numbers will be different.
