[Diy_efi] Basic Speed-Density equations?

This isn't a *universal* truth.
Both MAF and MAP systems use a delta TPS for one area of AE, and then the
MAPs use delta MAP, and the MAFs delta LV8 (or some other version of airflow
change).

PROPERLY, designed, executed, and tuned, there is no difference in throttle
response.
