[Diy_efi] Help wanted.

Little guys have decided they need help understanding GMESE and how it
pertains to GM ECM Code.  They are slow learners, so this will be time
intensive.  They're willing to pay ONE-HALF of their gross income to willing
volunteers.  So that would be 7 x the two cents a week they earn, so the
bottom line is 7 cents a week, and no fringe benefits, other then being
yelled at by frustrated munchkins.
