Min air, IAC counts are about a persoanl thing IMO
99% of the time 10-20 is fine.
I like 0, in Drive. And rpm varies by application (ie GN is 675 in Drive).
At 90 something sounds like your min is off, as compared to your commanded
speed, and any cam change would affect this. Actually at 90 sounds like
you might be near anti-stall, I don't remember ever seeing that large of
number on a fully warmed engine, at idle.
Try setting the min idle to like 700, and commanded idle of 800 and see
where ya are.
Wholesale changes like this might bring on needing AE changes also.
I'd also, 3x the mechanics of things.
