2732A EPROM problem

Total guess here, but those are 200 nsec chips - maybe there's a timing 
problem somewhere?  How fast is the pc you are using (my 600 PIII programs 
the same eprom in about 1/3 the time my 8088 laptop does, with the same 
pocket programmer), are you running from dos or a dos prompt in windows 
(from dos is the best, safest way), or ??
